If you are traveling to the NDS2021 from outside the United States, be sure your passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date of your planned departure from the US. Located 25 minutes northwest of downtown, KCI's three C-shaped terminals offer aircraft loading around the perimeters and passenger parking at the center. Distance from aircraft to curb is less than 75 ft. Note to Docent Symposium Participants: Kansas City’s Airport is undergoing construction, please consult their website for most current information. While traffic is sometimes a bit slower, there are no significant delays due to construction at this time.
